You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Fee & Payment

• 4.1 You may be required to pay through the available payment gateway to purchase or sale Mutual Funds listed on the Investifyd website or app. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Investifyd. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, so that we can help in facilitating your transactions.

• 4.2 We provide various forms of payment associated through our third party payment gateway for your purchase e.g. Debit Card, Registered Bank Account, NEFT, UPI. By using the payment services, you also accept the third party payment gateway terms and conditions mentioned on their individual sites.

5. Prohibited Activities

• 5.1 You may not access or use our Website or App for any purpose other than that for which we make available. The Website or App may not be used in connection with any illegal activities.

• 5.2 As a user of the Investifyd, you agree not to:
